Manx Class Fast Corvette (Lyran Democratic Republic)

While the Lyran Democratic Republic wasn't an explicitly playable race, they were vaguely referenced in "Star Trek: Starfleet Command II - Empires at War." Most playable species in that game were able to deploy groups of fighters but a couple, the Lyrans and the Romulans (I think?), used larger, singular fast patrol craft. In my gamma cannon, the Manx class is more explicitly a ship of the Lyran Democratic Republican Guard that was made possible due to the LDR's greater willingness to cooperate and exchange technology with neighboring species; namely the Hydran Kingdom. The Hydrans, with their affinity towards tech miniaturization, were what made fighter swarms possible in the first place. And they share a mutual antagonism with the Lyran Empire from whom the LDR broke away to become independent.
